Nestled in a coastal town and in an already developed suburban area, house Coetzee was designed for a young modern surfing family of three. The design was focused on elegance, privacy and hard-working living spaces. Most of the sleeping arrangements include beautiful green pockets. The design showcases the construction methods used and are left on display showing off the raw concrete and brickwork.
