Bloubergstrand offers a diverse mix of water sports like; surfing, kite-surfing and wind surfing to name a few, it also offers iconic panoramic views of table mountain and a relaxed coastal lifestyle with pristine beaches and luxury apartments.
We had to level it up a notch with this home from what it originally offered and try and represent the character of the area and also mimic the lifestyle of the couple that owns the property.
With fully renovated bathrooms, bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, new kitchen and living area, we have done just that! Some other extras include a new planter box landscaped with low maintenance plants popular to the west-coast region, artificial grass and some older elements that have been kept in the building envelope just as a reminder of the old bones this home once represented.
